Before Your First Visit
After you schedule your first appointment, we will send an email for you to fill out the appropriate paperwork for your new patient appointment. Completing this on a computer, phone, or tablet prior to your appointment allows Dr. Wasson to review the information thoroughly so your consultation and exam is as detailed as possible.
